Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to return the items. We will provide you with all the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@mofoapparel.ca to request an exchange authorization.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees for exchanges for the return only.
We will provide you with all the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item in your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed;

In their original condition;

Returned with all original tags and packaging where applicable.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Original shipping charges paid for expedited, express, priority, or premium delivery services are non-refundable. However, where required by EU law, the standard outbound delivery cost originally paid for the order will be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by EU consumer protection laws, we will also reimburse the standard delivery cost originally paid by the customer. If the customer selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard shipping method, only the cost of the standard shipping option will be reimbursed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products;

Goods made to the consumer's specifications;

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;

Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
